resources for biomedical research. Chairman, William R. Morton, VMD, has more than 30 years experience in biomedical
research, laboratory animal management and facility design, both domestically and through international partnerships.
Dr. Morton was Director of the Washington National Primate Research Center, and member National Academy of Sciences Institute
for Laboratory Animal Research and served on the National Advisory Council for Research Resources. He is a member of the American
Veterinary Medical Association, American Association of Laboratory Animal Science, Asia Pacific Biosafety Association and
